- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Use a vegetable peeler to slice zucchinis into long, wide strips, cutting along one side until you reach the seeds. Flip zucchinis over and repeat on the remaining three sides, utilizing all of the vegetable. Discard the discarded zucchini cores.

Next, stack the sliced zucchinis on top of one another, forming a vertical tower. Then, cut thin strips lengthwise along the stack, resulting in zucchini "noodles" that resemble spaghetti.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the zucchini "noodles" and cook for 1 minute, allowing them to soften slightly. Add water to the skillet and continue cooking until the zucchini is tender, and the water has evaporated, taking 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste
