Heat a large pot of water over medium heat and bring it to a rolling boil. Cook the zucchini in the boiling water until it reaches your desired level of tenderness, approximately 5 minutes. Remove the zucchini from the water with a colander and let it drain in the sink before allowing it to cool down.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a standard 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and a half-cup of softened butter. Blend the mixture on high speed for about 1 minute, or until it reaches a smooth and pureed consistency.
