  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 1/2 cups grated zucchini
