- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 1/2 cups grated zucchini
