- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preheat your oven to a high heat setting of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

In a spacious container, combine sliced zucchini with dry baking powder until it is evenly distributed. Add beaten eggs, melted butter, and shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Using a large serving utensil or your hands, merge the ingredients together until they are well combined. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper, and mix the ingredients once more. Transfer the mixture to a 13x9 inch baking dish.
