  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans tuna, drained
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, or to taste
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, halved

Boil a substantial container of salted water until it reaches its maximum temperature; cook pasta in the boiling water for 9 to 10 minutes, or until it is cooked through but still retains some firmness when bitten into. Remove from heat and transfer to a spacious serving container.

To prepare the sauce, combine mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, a drizzle of honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Set the mixture aside for later use.

Combine tuna, diced celery, chopped onion, frozen peas, chopped parsley, pitted olives, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice in the cooked pasta. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad, mixing everything together until it is evenly coated. Finally, place hard-boiled eggs on top of the salad.
