- 1 teaspoon Chinese hot prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard

Begin by placing eggs into a substantial container and submerge them in cold water, ensuring the eggs are completely covered. Next, bring the water to a rolling boil and immediately halt the heating process. Allow the eggs to sit in the hot water for 10-12 minutes, providing them with sufficient time to cook. Remove the eggs from the hot water and let them cool before peeling.

Divide the egg halves in half lengthwise, then carefully remove their yolks. Transfer the yolks to a medium-sized bowl and mash them together with mayonnaise, Chinese hot prepared mustard, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper until you achieve your desired consistency.
