- 1/2 (1 ounce) package guacamole seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 8 slices ciabatta bread
- 1/4 cup prepared salsa, divided
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese

Heat up your outdoor grill to a medium temperature, and lightly brush the grates with oil to prevent sticking.

Combine ground chicken, guacamole seasoning, half of the fresh cilantro leaves, lime juice, and finely chopped onion in a bowl until everything is well incorporated. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty. Set aside some of the remaining cilantro leaves for garnish purposes.

Place the chicken patties on the preheated grill and cook until they are cooked through, meaning no pink color remains inside, juices flow freely, and a nice brown crust forms on the surface, flipping them every 5 to 8 minutes.

About 2 minutes before your burgers are done cooking, place slices of ciabatta bread on the grill to get a nice golden brown toast, taking about 1 minute per side.

About 1 minute before your burgers are finished cooking, place a slice of Cheddar cheese on top of each burger and let it melt into the meat.

Serve your chicken burgers on toasted ciabatta bread, topped with about 1 tablespoon of salsa and a sprinkle of the reserved chopped cilantro leaves.
