Ingredients
- 4 fresh figs
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 4 peaches, halved and pitted
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup brandy

Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of three seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit, or one ninety zero degrees Celsius.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper to make cleanup easier.

Combine the figs and pine nuts in the bowl of a food processor, using short pulses to achieve your desired texture. Arrange the halved peaches on the prepared baking sheet, cut side facing upwards. Sprinkle an even layer of granulated sugar over the peaches, making sure to cover them completely. Pour white wine over the top of the peaches, ensuring they are fully saturated. Stuff each peach with the finely chopped fig mixture, taking care not to overfill. Finally, pour brandy over the peaches.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake until the fruit is caramelized, approximately fifteen minutes.
