Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, allowing it to reach the optimal temperature. Place 1 tortilla on the skillet's surface, spreading it evenly across the pan. Sprinkle approximately half of the Cheddar cheese over the tortilla, ensuring an even distribution. Add a layer of spinach, green onions, garlic powder, and chili powder on top to enhance flavor. Cover the filling with the remaining Cheddar cheese.

Allow the quesadilla to cook for approximately 3 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla begins to exhibit a slight browning and crispiness. To flip and cook the other side, carefully slide the quesadilla off the skillet onto a dinner plate, cover it with another dinner plate, and flip. The crispy tortilla side should now be facing upwards.

Slide the quesadilla back onto the skillet and continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla starts to develop a crispy texture. Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and place it on a cutting board, where you can cut it into 8 wedges to serve.
