White Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius.
2
To prevent the pan from sticking, lightly coat it with a non-stick spray or butter.
3
In a heatproof bowl, gently combine white chocolate and butter over low-temperature simmering water. Stir occasionally until the mixture becomes smooth and well-blended. Allow it to cool down slightly.
4
In a separate, medium-sized bowl, whisk together flour and salt until they are evenly mixed. Set this mixture aside for the time being.
5
In a large, mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat eggs until they become light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract while continuing to mix the eggs with the mixer still running.
6
Drizzle the melted white chocolate mixture into the bowl with the eggs and mix until everything is well combined.
7
Using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon, gently stir in the flour mixture that you set aside earlier. Fold in chocolate chips to add some extra flavor and texture.
8
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
9
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean, approximately 25 minutes.
10
Once baked, remove the bars from the pan and transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into individual servings.
