- 1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Place the thawed bread dough in a warm environment and allow it to rise until it has doubled in size, typically within 30 to 60 minutes.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it with a non-stick cooking spray.

Spread the dough into a large, rectangular shape on the prepared baking sheet.
