Heat butter in a 2-quart saucepan over a relatively low heat setting, taking care not to let it burn. Add sliced onion, chopped celery, and minced garlic; cook until they become tender and fragrant, approximately 5 minutes. Introduce dried parsley, sage, marjoram, and a pinch of salt into the mixture, followed by pouring in the dissolved bouillon.
