Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced (227 grams)
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.

Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet, stirring frequently for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic to the skillet, continuing to stir for another 3 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
