Preheat your oven to the high heat setting, which is 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius.

Mix all the dry ingredients - flour, pumpkin puree, sugar, baking soda, and salt - with the wet ingredients - almond milk, vegetable oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of cinnamon sugar in a large bowl until you get a smooth and consistent mixture.
