- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Heat a large saucepan over extremely high heat until the surface is scorching hot; introduce minced garlic and sear until it turns a deep brown, approximately 1 to 2 minutes. Introduce vodka into the saucepan with caution as it may cause flames to erupt from the alcohol's interaction with the extremely hot surface of the pan. Immediately pour in cream to quench any potential flames and stir; add tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, basil, and parsley.
