- 2 (12 ounce) packages vegetarian burger crumbles
- 3 (28 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes, crushed
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn

Preheat a large pot over medium heat and warm olive oil within it. Introduce the onion into the pot, followed by a sprinkle of oregano, salt, cumin, and bay leaves. Maintain the mixture's consistency by stirring it until the onion becomes tender; then add celery, green bell peppers, jalapeños, and garlic to the pot. Introduce green chile peppers into the mix and cook until it reaches a heated state.

Next, incorporate vegetarian burger crumbles into the pot. Lower the heat to low and cover the pot with a lid; let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Subsequently, add tomatoes to the mixture and season with chili powder and black pepper. Combine kidney beans, garbanzo beans, and black beans in the pot; bring it to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 45 minutes.
