Begin by placing eggs into a saucepan, covering them with water, and bringing the mixture to a rolling boil.

Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat source and let it sit for 15 minutes, allowing the eggs to cook slowly.

Then, carefully lift the eggs out of the hot water and transfer them to a stream of cold running water. This will help stop the cooking process and cool the eggs down quickly.
