Ultimate Cheese Dip
Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound bulk spicy pork sausage
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (2 pound) loaf processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®), cubed
  • 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as RO*TEL®)
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break the sausage and ground beef into small pieces and add them to the skillet along with the chopped onion. Continuously stir the mixture until it is uniformly browned and there are no pinkish hues remaining, approximately 10 minutes. Remove any excess oil from the skillet and discard it.

Transfer the cooked meat mixture into a slow cooker.

Create a layer of cheese food cubes on top of the meat mixture in the slow cooker.

Combine diced tomatoes with green chile peppers in a blender and blend until they form a smooth consistency. Pour this mixture over the cheese cubes, along with the condensed soup, and mix everything together thoroughly.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on High for 90 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cheese is fully melted.
