Combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a large mixing container until they merge seamlessly. Transfer the mixture to a lightly dusted work surface and knead until it becomes smooth, gradually adding more flour as needed to prevent the dough from clinging to the surface. This process should take around 2-3 minutes.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each one into a rough, rectangular form. Lightly sprinkle each piece with flour to prevent sticking and flatten it slightly into a semi-rectangular shape, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with a cooking oil. Place 1 or 2 of the flattened dough pieces in the skillet and cook until they start to bubble and develop a golden brown color, taking about 2-4 minutes. Flip them over and cook for an additional 2-4 minutes, or until they are cooked through. Repeat this process with the remaining dough pieces until all of them have been cooked, then serve warm.
