- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 cups chopped kale
- 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup peeled and chopped yellow potatoes, or more to taste

Preheat the cooking vessel by heating oil over a moderate temperature until it begins to sparkle; cook and blend the onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, and black pepper until the onion becomes transparent, taking around 10 to 15 minutes.

Combine sausage, basil, and paprika in a separate container.

Mingle the sausage mixture with the onion mixture; cook and blend until the sausage is nicely browned and fully cooked, taking approximately 5 to 10 minutes.

Add chicken broth, kale, cannellini beans, and potatoes to the sausage-onion mixture; reduce heat to a lower temperature. Cover the cooking vessel and allow it to simmer until the potatoes are tender, taking around 15 to 20 minutes.
