Next, add water, turmeric, and the bouillon cube to the saucepan; ensure everything is well mixed together. Incorporate peas and carrots into the mixture, then bring the contents to a boil. After that, introduce rice into the pan and stir it in. Finally, lower the heat and cook the dish, covered, until the rice is tender and all liquid has been absorbed, taking around 15 minutes.
