Turkish Manti with Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 (9 ounce) package beef ravioli
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 (8 ounce) container plain whole milk yogurt

Start by filling a large container with water and placing it on the stovetop to reach its boiling point. Next, add a pinch of salt and a few sprigs of fresh mint leaves to the boiling water. Then, gently add your ravioli to the pot and cook for 3-5 minutes or until they rise to the surface, after which you can remove them from the water with a slotted spoon and keep them warm.

At the same time, melt a small amount of butter in a tiny saucepan over a very low heat setting. Stir in some ground paprika and keep the butter warm as it cooks alongside your ravioli.

In a separate bowl, mix together some minced garlic and plain yogurt until well combined.

Finally, to present your dish, place the cooked ravioli on a large serving platter or individual plates. Spoon some of that garlic-infused yogurt over the top of your ravioli, then ladle a generous amount of warm paprika butter over everything.
