  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (3 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup small-curd cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Prepare zucchini noodles by passing them through a spiralizer or julienne peeler. Transfer the noodles to a colander and generously sprinkle 1 tablespoon of salt over them, allowing them to release excess moisture for approximately 20 minutes. Rin

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and a blend of spices, including garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook the turkey mixture until it is browned and the juices run clear, about 5 minutes.
