  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 (6 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix
  • 8 slices deli turkey breast
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar turkey gravy

Begin by heating water and margarine in a saucepan over high heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture reaches a rolling boil. Next, add the stuffing mix to the boiling water and margarine, stirring constantly to combine. Immediately cover the saucepan with a lid and take it off the heat source, allowing the mixture to sit for 5 minutes. After this time has passed, use a fork to gently mix the stuffing, breaking up any clumps that may have formed.

Then, take each slice of turkey and place a generous amount of the prepared stuffing on top. Roll the turkey around the stuffing to coat it evenly, and arrange the rolls in a microwave-safe dish with the seam-side down. Pour the desired amount of gravy over the stuffed turkey rolls.

Finally, heat the stuffed turkey rolls in a microwave on high for 5 minutes, or until the gravy is bubbly and the stuffing is heated through. This should take approximately 5 minutes, depending on your microwave's power level.
