- 4 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups water, divided
- 2 (1.2 ounce) packages turkey gravy mix
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of 375 degrees F (or 190 degrees C).
2
Next, place the pie crust at the bottom of a rectangular baking dish measuring 9x13 inches.
3
Then, layer sliced turkey meat over the pie crust, followed by a spoonful of cream of chicken soup.
4
In a separate saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a rolling boil over medium heat.

Add mixed vegetables to the saucepan and cook until they are tender, approximately 5 minutes.
6
In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry gravy mix and remaining 1 cup of water.
7
Add the gravy mixture to the saucepan with mixed vegetables and bring to a boil.
8
Simmer the mixture until it thickens, about 1 minute.

Pour the cooked vegetables and gravy over the cream of chicken soup layer in the pan.

Finally, bake the pie in the preheated oven until the filling is bubbling and golden brown, approximately 45 minutes.
