- 2 medium red bell peppers, seeded and diced
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 medium zucchini, cubed
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 (16 ounce) package turkey kielbasa, sliced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, or to taste
- grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat, allowing the olive oil to warm up. Introduce sliced red and yellow bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, onion, and garlic into the skillet, stirring them together. Add a pinch of steak seasoning and a dash of onion powder to enhance the flavors, then lower the heat to low and cover the skillet. Allow the vegetables to become tender, which should take around 10 minutes.

Next, add sliced sausage to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for an additional 10 minutes. Just before serving, add a small amount of balsamic vinegar to the mixture and sprinkle a generous helping of Parmesan cheese on top.
