Place the turkey breast on a large serving platter and incorporate the herb mixture into it using your hands until everything is evenly distributed. Shape the turkey mixture into 10 uniform patties.

Prepare the patties in batches by placing them in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, allowing them to cook until they are no longer pink in the center and the juices flow freely, approximately 5 minutes per side. Use a food thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius).
