- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 pound shredded cooked turkey meat
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

Place one tortilla in the skillet and layer with half of the Cheddar cheese, sliced turkey, a spoonful of cranberry sauce, a slice of jalapeño pepper, and chopped green onion.

Cover with the remaining tortilla on top.

Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese has melted, flipping occasionally for 2 to 4 minutes on each side.
