- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Prepare two 8x4-inch loaf pans by coating them with a generous amount of grease and then dusting them evenly with flour.

Combine the dry ingredients, including flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, in a large mixing bowl. Create a central depression in the mixture by scooping out a small indentation.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined. Gently fold in the mango, coconut, and walnuts into this mixture.
