  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, or as needed

Take a large mixing bowl and merge together ground meats, finely chopped onion, eggs, bread crumbs, rolled oats, and your preferred seasonings until everything is harmoniously incorporated.

Using your hands, mold the combined mixture into 24 identical spheres, approximately 2 inches in diameter each. This will form your meatballs.
