Ingredients
- 1/2 cup masa (corn flour)
- 5 cups water
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 5 tablespoons piloncillo, brown sugar cones
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Combine the masa, water or milk, cinnamon, and piloncillo in a blender. Blend until you achieve a uniform consistency, approximately 3 minutes long

Transfer the blended mixture to a saucepan and heat it over medium heat, stirring continuously until it reaches a rolling boil. At this point, reduce the heat to low and continue to stir vigorously for 5 minutes

Take the saucepan off the heat source and add the vanilla extract. Pour the warm mixture into individual serving cups and serve immediately
