- 1 1/2 cups chopped cucumbers
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup Kalamata olives
- 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup Greek salad dressing

Fill a substantial pot with salted water and bring it to the point where bubbles are constantly rising to the surface.

Cook tortellini in this boiling water until it becomes soft but still retains a slight resistance when bitten into, approximately 6 to 7 minutes.

Carefully pour the cooked tortellini into a large container, making sure to remove any excess water.
