Ingredients
- 2 (6 ounce) boneless salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat your oven to the required temperature of three seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit or one ninety-zero degrees Celsius.

Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and give it a light coating of cooking spray for easy cleanup.

Place the salmon fillets on top of the prepared foil, and sprinkle some fresh basil leaves over them for added flavor.

Add a few slices of juicy tomatoes on top, drizzle with some high-quality olive oil, and sprinkle a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese over the tomatoes.
