  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 6 leaves Swiss chard
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Preheat a skillet over medium heat; warm coconut oil within it, allowing vegetables to cook and stir until tender, approximately 5 minutes. Introduce tomatoes into the skillet and continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes.

Combine tofu with the cooked vegetables; stir constantly until the tofu is fully incorporated and cooked, roughly 4 minutes. Incorporate white beans into the mixture; cook until heated through, spanning 3 to 4 minutes.

Add a squeeze of lime juice, along with a blend of spices including adobo seasoning, chili powder, turmeric, and paprika; stir for an additional 3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
