- 1/2 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli, thawed
- 3 cups vegetable oil for frying, or as needed
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to bubble vigorously; then lower the heat to low and keep it simmering until required.

Concurrently, combine egg and milk in a small bowl and whisk them together thoroughly. In another small bowl, mix bread crumbs and salt until well combined.

Dip each ravioli into the milk mixture, followed by a coating of bread crumbs to cover it evenly.

Heat approximately 2 inches of oil in a large, heavy frying pan until a small amount of the breading mixture sizzles and turns golden brown. Fry ravioli, a few at a time, until they turn golden on both sides, taking around 1 minute per side. Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels.
