- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 medium jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ground cashews
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 pint half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Introduce the paneer into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a golden hue, approximately 5 minutes.

Add sliced onions, diced bell pepper, chopped jalapeƱos, ground cashews, garlic paste, ginger paste, cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander, and garam masala to the skillet. Stir constantly until these ingredients are well incorporated and fragrant, roughly 1 minute.

Combine the tomato sauce, half-and-half, and salt with the paneer mixture in the skillet. Allow it to simmer until it thickens, approximately 30 minutes.
