  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander seed
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • oil for frying

Combine the chicken and bread crumbs in a substantial bowl, stirring until they are uniformly blended. Add green onion, ground coriander, cilantro, chili sauce, and lemon juice to the mixture, stirring until everything is well combined.

Using your hands that are slightly dampened with water, shape the mixture into uniform spheres. These can be either small enough to pick up and eat directly, or large enough to use as a burger patty.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken spheres in batches until they are evenly browned on all sides.
