- 3/4 cup white sugar, or to taste
- 2 mangos, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut

Combine rice and water in a saucepan, stirring gently to ensure even distribution.

Heat the mixture over high flames until it reaches a rolling boil, then immediately place a lid on top and decrease the heat to a low simmer.

Allow the rice to cook for 15-20 minutes, or until all of the water has been absorbed and the rice is tender.

Once the rice is cooked, stir in a suitable amount of sugar to balance its flavor.
