  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 4 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pound broccoli florets, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms

Combine all the sauce components in a medium-sized bowl, blending them until they form a uniform consistency.

Heat a moderate amount of olive oil in the bottom of a large skillet over medium-high heat. Introduce the cut-up chicken into the pan and cook until it is golden brown and nearly cooked through, taking approximately 10 minutes.

Introduce the prepared sauce to the chicken mixture, thoroughly combining it until all the chicken is evenly coated. Add broccoli florets and sliced mushrooms to the chicken mixture, stirring until they are fully incorporated. Allow the chicken-vegetable mixture to simmer for around 10 minutes.
