- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Combine the ingredients in a large bowl, blending them together until smooth.

Add ground beef and sautéed mushrooms to the mixture, stirring until they are fully incorporated.

Form the mixture into a round shape and place it in a 5-quart slow cooker.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on Low for an extended period of time, or until a meat thermometer indicates that the internal temperature has reached 160 degrees F (71 degrees C), typically between 5 to 6 hours.

Create a glaze by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a separate bowl.
