  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sazonador total (from Goya)
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Heat your oven to the highest temperature setting, which is 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil to prevent food from sticking.

Pour olive oil over the chicken breasts, making sure they are evenly coated on all sides. In a separate container, mix together the Sazonador Total seasoning blend, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle this mixture all over the chicken breasts. Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the chicken in the preheated oven, without covering it, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) when checked with a thermometer in the thickest part. This should take around 25 minutes. Be cautious not to overcook the chicken, as it can become dry and tough. Let the cooked chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
