- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup chopped cucumber

Combine oil extracted from canola seeds, granulated sugar, ketchup, vinegar, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Allow the flavors to meld together for 30 minutes.

Boil a substantial quantity of salted water in a large pot until it reaches a rolling boil; add pasta and cook until it is cooked through yet retains some firmness when bitten into, approximately 8 minutes; drain. Submerge the pasta in a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process and cool it down; drain.
