Combine granulated sugar and thinly sliced citrus fruits in a large container. Allow the mixture to sit for an extended period of time, such as 4 hours or overnight.

Preheat the oven to a high temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Place one pie pastry sheet into a pie dish.
