- 1 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 12-inch prepared pizza crust
- 1 1/2 cups Mexican-style shredded four-cheese blend
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup sour cream, or as desired

Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the meat is thoroughly browned; discard excess fat from the pan.

Combine water and taco seasoning packet into the beef mixture, then bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium-low and gently simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

In a separate process, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.

Blend diced tomatoes, 1 cup of salsa, and cilantro in a blender until the mixture is smooth.

Spread refried beans evenly across the prepared pizza crust, leaving about 1/2 inch of space around the edges uncovered. Spread 1 cup of the blended tomato mixture over beans in an even layer; reserve any remaining sauce. Scatter ground beef mixture over the sauce, then cover with 1 1/2 cups of cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is bubbly and the crust edges are golden brown, taking 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Top the pizza with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, black olives, green onions, and remaining cheese. Serve the pizza with the reserved sauce, sour cream, and any remaining salsa.
