Whip egg whites until they become light and fluffy, forming stiff peaks. Combine these egg whites with cream of tartar, vanilla extract, and almond extract in a bowl.

Combine flour, sugar, and salt in another bowl and sift them together repeatedly five times.

Gradually incorporate the flour mixture into the whipped egg whites using a gentle folding motion.

Pour the resulting batter into an ungreased 10-inch tube-shaped cake pan.

Preheat your oven to a low temperature and place the cake pan inside it. Set the oven to 325 degrees F (165degrees C) and bake until the cake is golden brown, approximately one hour.

Once done, carefully invert the tube pan and let the cake cool down completely to room temperature before removing it from the pan.
