  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch ground paprika

Submerge eggs in a saucepan and envelop them with water. Initiate boiling, then withdraw from heat and allow to rest in hot water for 15 minutes. Transfer eggs to a bowl filled with ice-cold water and permit them to chill for 5 to 10 minutes.

Remove the eggshells, then cut in half lengthwise; reserve the whites. Place the yolks in a bowl and pulverize with a fork or pastry blender until they resemble a fine powder. Combine the yolk mixture with mayonnaise, sugar, honey mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until it's thoroughly blended.

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the halved egg whites. Arrange them on a plate and lightly dust with paprika. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
