- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Submerge the ribs in a substantial amount of water that will cover them completely, and then heat it up to a rolling boil.

Gradually decrease the heat to a low simmer, allowing the ribs to cook for 10 minutes.
