- 1 cup thick and chunky salsa
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 (10 ounce) bag baby spinach leaves

Prepare the sauce: Combine mayonnaise, cucumber, honey, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a bowl until you achieve a smooth consistency. Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill until required.

Prepare the wraps: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Introduce chicken strips into the skillet; cook and stir constantly until they start to turn golden brown and are cooked through, approximately 8 minutes. Add salsa, honey, and cayenne pepper to the skillet; stir well. Gradually reduce the heat to medium-low; simmer, stirring occasionally, until the flavors have melded together, roughly 5 minutes.

Warm tortillas: Stack four tortillas at a time in the microwave oven and heat for 20 to 30 seconds per batch until they are warm and pliable.

Assemble the wraps: Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise-cucumber sauce, followed by a layer of spinach. Add about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture on top.

Roll the wraps: Fold the bottom edge of each tortilla up by 2 inches, then begin rolling from the right side. When you reach halfway, fold the top edge down to enclose the filling; continue rolling until a tight, compact cylinder is formed.
