- 2 cups salsa
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle cola-flavored carbonated beverage
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 (1.27 ounce) packet fajita seasoning
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 1 (7 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
Instructions

Place the pork roast in a slow cooker and pour in 4 cups of water.

Cook the pork roast on high heat for a prolonged period of five hours.

Take the pork roast out of the slow cooker and discard the excess liquid.

Cut the pork into four equal pieces and set them aside for later use.

Combine the puréed salsa with cola, brown sugar, fajita seasoning, taco seasoning, and green chiles in the slow cooker.

Return the pork pieces to the slow cooker and continue cooking on high heat for three hours.
