- 1 sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon dry onion soup mix
- curry powder to taste
- 20 wonton wrappers
- sesame oil for brushing

Boil or cook sweet potatoes in a small amount of liquid until they become extremely tender.

Drain the cooked sweet potatoes and mix them with butter, milk, onion soup powder, and curry spice.

Heat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).

Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the sweet potato mixture onto the center of each wonton wrapper.

Dampen two adjacent edges of the wrapper with water, fold it into a triangle shape, and press the edges together to seal tightly.

Brush both sides of the sealed wonton wrapper with sesame oil. Arrange the samosas on a baking sheet.
